The institute is committed to ensuring that the No FEAR Act is enforced through education, work with Congress, and partnership with discrimination victims and victims groups.

Danny Glover, activist and Hollywood actor and director, is honorary chair of the No FEAR Institute. Advisory committee members include Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, and former Maryland Republican Rep. Connie Morella.
